ABOUT
The Hi U Inn is an historic landmark built about 100 years ago. It was expanded in the 1950s and then partially destroyed by fire and rebuilt in the 1990s. Our 30 foot cowboy has been tipping his hat to Vasquez Boulevard longer than the Denver Broncos have been a team. Throughout its vibrant history, the Hi U Inn has served as a short-term home to tens of thousands of guests from near and far and everywhere in between. Our mission is to provide clean, affordable accommodations to people from all walks of life in order to promote stability and connect people to our community.
UNITS
We offer fully furnished units with kitchenettes, cable, and wifi. The minimum length of stay is one week. Units vary in size from small studios to large two bedrooms. Towels, cookware, and cutlery are available to rent or purchase. All units require a $200 refundable deposit and a $20 check in fee. ​

Amenities, Parking, Storage
This is a basic motel with no pool or fitness center. There is a car wash, gas station, Mexican restaurant, cafe, salon, and liquor store next door. We have parking space for large vehicles and storage sheds for monthly rental.

Unit price includes Wifi as well as a premium cable package with HBO and Showtime
Pet Policy, Smoking
WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS
OR SMOKING IN UNITS.
Bedding, Towels, Housekeeping
Units include bedding, but no towels or housekeeping. You can purchase a set of towels and extra bedding from
guest services.
Cookware and Cutlery
Units do not come with cutlery and cookware. You can rent or purchase a set from guest services. All units have kitchens with a gas range and full size refrigerator.
Location and Transport
We are about eight miles NE of Central Downtown Denver. RTD 72nd Station is a short walk away and has bus connections all over the metro area.
